Verifying the code only proves the number is yours — it does not look your account up by name or email. That message means no OlympAI account is registered against that exact number. I registered before. Why is it asking me to register again?

Signing in matches on the mobile number you enter and nothing else, so a number that is not on your account looks like a brand-new person. Usually it is one of two things: the account was created with a different number — often a parent's rather than the child's — or it was created before we started asking for a mobile number at all, in which case there is no number on it to match. Signing up again would create a second, empty account rather than reopening the first, so message us on WhatsApp at +91 93152 26356 with the name and number you used and we will look it up.

Which mobile number should I sign in with?

The number the account was registered with — that is the only thing sign-in matches on. One account holds one number and a number can belong to only one account, so signing up with a second number gives you a second account with none of the first one's practice history. If your child practises on their own phone, they still sign in with the number the account was registered with.

Where is the password field? I do not remember setting one.

Accepted Answer

Most people sign in with a mobile number and a one-time code, and never set a password at all — so there is nothing to forget and nothing to reset. If your sign-in screen does show an email and password box, that is how your account was created, and there is a "Forgot password?" link on that same screen.

I still cannot get in. How do I get help from a person?
